day 2 isolation 

I get to hang out with papa because he is always aways so YAY! we watched a movie last night its good because we don't have to go to school YAY! tonight we're making hot dogs for dinner. and I wrote a letter to oma and opa.

WEEK 7 Marshmallow Challenge

Welcome to my blog It is week 7 and this morning we did the spaghetti marshmallow challenge I was in a group with Liam Bryn Harrison and Robby, What we had to do was we were given 20 pieces of dry spaghetti and we were given one marshmallow and about a meter of tape also had 18 minutes to complete it.  What we had to do is make a tower using all of the materials as long as the marshmallow was on the top at the end ours did very well until the end that was when suddenly we put the marshmallow on the top  when we thought that it was stable enough and tall enough we put on then we let and then it collapsed it was very disappointing but we still had fun that was the end of that. the winner was Julia, Magdelene, Mira and Sophie the high was 27cm.

Term 3 update

Hallo,

This term was FUN! we had lots of activity like market day I was with Isaac and we made over 10 dollars it was awesome. We also did maori myths and legends instead of R.E we did lots of art of myths and legends I chose to do maui and the sun. We also did a slide so i'll show it to you.

We did production I was not part of an actual scene but I was in a school dance called HEY TA! we practised for about 6 weeks practised the words and actions. Luka was the main part he was the teacher and had over 100 lines . I was happy after the play because it was nice to know Mrs Campbell wasn't as grumpy.

WEEK 9 UPDATE

This week we had production it was boring but at least I brought UNO


This week I loved doing myths legends here's my Maui slide show we also made art I made an art of Maui and the sun ill tell you the story of. When the sun god Tama-Nui-te-ra rose the next morning, he was caught in the noose of rope they had made. The brothers all pulled the rope and Maui, with the magic jaw-bone of Murirangawhenua struck the sun god. Maui ordered Tama-nui-te-ra to travel more slowly across the sky and the days became longer.

 

Week 1-7 Update

This term has been very fun so far.

We've had the disco on the 15th of August. I could not get the sleep that night I was so high on sugar!  We've also had cantamaths which was fun and we've been practicing for production. I and Bryn made a stop motion in R.E

Let's start with cantamaths it was breath taking - our team Brianna, Justin and Me came 2nd twice on the third cantamaths and the fourth cantamaths session. The questions were very hard and they were questions that I haven't seen before. I was the runner on the third cantamaths thanks to Mrs O'Neill who checked all our answers.




In R.E Room 5 have been working on parables.
A parable is a story that Jesus told to make people have a better understanding. We finished all our activities so we did a stop-motion it took us two days and we took 491 frames.

End of term reflection!!!!!

Weekly Update 6/28/19

Welcome back to my blog! 

This week we had winter sports and have had some really fun activities!!

I have especially liked playing twister in the morning with my friends and playing in the sandpit at lunch ... all of these things were so much FUN!!!

Winter sport was so fun  because we worked as a team and won.  I think we played really well becaused we passed lots and did lots of really good plays and I got a goal it felt good!

In the sandpit we were making massive lego bricks out of sand and made an awesome castle, best lunch time ever.
